All-in-One Vision Analysis Solution
HRKT-1 is an all-in-one vision analysis solution that integrates refraction (Ref/Ker), corneal assessment (Topography), and tear film analysis (Dry Eye) into a single device. By analyzing refractive status, corneal condition, and the tear film/ocular surface within the same examination environment, it enables clinicians to identify the true cause of vision deterioration rather than relying on fragmented data points.

Data-Driven Personalized Prescription
HRKT-1 supports evidence-based, personalized prescriptions by comprehensively analyzing refractive, corneal, and tear film data. Based on data such as Zernike analysis, Pupillometry, Retro Illumination, and NIKBUT, it enables early detection of irregular astigmatism and keratoconus, as well as diagnosis of various corneal conditions.
It can also be widely utilized for contact lens fitting (RGP, orthokeratology lenses), pre- and post-operative analysis for cataract and refractive surgery, and dry eye diagnosis.
Seven-Indicator Dry Eye Diagnosis
HRKT-1 provides a comprehensive dry eye assessment based on seven diagnostic parameters, enabling cause-oriented evaluation and diagnosis. Through the OSDI questionnaire, patients’ subjective symptoms are quantified, while precise examinations are conducted using seven objective indicators, including NIKBUT, Lipid Layer, Tear Meniscus Height, Meibomian gland assessment, blink analysis, and tear film evaluation.

User-friendly Examination Environment
HRKT-1 provides a user-centered examination environment designed to support the examiner’s workflow. With features such as a 90° rotating LCD, foot switch, and wide headrest, it enables a more comfortable and efficient measurement process.
In addition, the built-in PC allows the entire workflow—from measurement and analysis to report review—to be performed on a single screen, simplifying the examination process.

FAQ
Q. What types of examinations can the HRKT-1 perform in a single system?
A. The HRKT-1 is an All-in-One Vision Analysis Solution that integrates refraction measurement (Ref/Ker), corneal assessment (Topography), and tear film analysis (Dry Eye) on a single platform. It enables multiple tests that were previously performed with separate devices to be evaluated together within one examination environment.
Q. How does the HRKT-1 help identify the causes of vision decline more accurately?
A. By analyzing refraction data, corneal condition, and tear film data together, the HRKT-1 goes beyond simple visual acuity measurements to help determine the underlying causes of vision decline. This allows clinicians to more clearly distinguish whether the issue is related to corneal conditions, tear film instability, or refractive errors.
Q. How does the HRKT-1 help with the early detection of keratoconus or other corneal diseases?
A. The HRKT-1 analyzes corneal shape and higher-order aberration changes using data from Zernike analysis, Pupillometry, Retro Illumination, and Topography. This enables clinicians to identify early signs of corneal diseases such as keratoconus and supports timely diagnosis and more appropriate treatment planning.
Q. How does the HRKT-1 examine and diagnose dry eye disease?
A. The HRKT-1 quantifies patient-reported symptoms using the OSDI questionnaire and evaluates dry eye using seven objective indicators, including NIKBUT, Lipid Layer, Tear Meniscus Height, Meibomian gland analysis, and blink analysis. By combining questionnaires with detailed diagnostic tests, it provides an integrated report that helps systematically identify the causes of dry eye.
Q. What are the advantages of using the HRKT-1 instead of multiple separate devices?
A. As an All-in-One Vision Analysis Solution, the HRKT-1 allows multiple tests to be performed on a single platform, reducing examination time and improving space efficiency. Measurement, analysis, and reporting are integrated into one system, enabling clinicians to use diagnostic data more effectively during both examination and consultation.
