3D ATI-S Series

The superior optical design of the Huvitz ATI-S series provides high precision and flexibility for demanding applications.

1. 2D SCAN: (1) 3D ATI-S easily finds area to be inspected through VISION image and a user can easily adjust X,Y,Z and brightness with screen and joystick.
(2) User can also check and save the 2D scan image in real-time.

2. 3D SCAN: User can check on a specific area through 2D scan or VISION image for 3D scan. User can also acquire and save multiple 3D images.

3. Measurement: After En Face and section analysis, user can access ‘Measurement Function’ by using mouse’s right click. User can also utilize section profile to measure accurate distance and height.

4. Analyze: User can check 3D image, En Face image, and X, Y, Z section. User can also view each section sequentially by using a mouse scroll. User can adjust a specific area by setting the En face area.
